...with the townspeople starting to think about pumpkins and trips to the neighboring farms to choose just that right pumpkin to carve a frightful face on, Berryford the Pumpkin, thought long and hard, in his sheltered place in the back south in the pumpkin patch and came up with a plan of his own. He would disguise himself as a witch. Not bad for someone who started out with a pumpkin seed for a brain! Now, with his new identity, he can become old and prune faced, and when the time comes, he will become part of the old patch again, before the winter snows. 12.5" tall, with old mismatched button eyes & heavily grunged. $39.00+SH

Way down in the fall, the pumpkin leaves fade from green to golden amber with the first frosts. Woodall, on the north edge of the pumpkin patch caught the first frost. 13" tall, with old mismatched button eyes, & a gathered wood stem from the woods behind the hay field. $39.+SH

~~Mattoon the Pumpkin Makedo~~SOLD
Mattoon was smitten with another pumpkin in the south side of the patch, and had to peek around the tall sunflower to see Koopman, his love. With weeks of leaning, his face slanted off to one side. But she was worth it. 13" tall, with mismatched old button eyes, frost darkened leaves, a wood stem. $39. + SH

Miss Koopman Pumpkin Makedo ~SOLD
Miss Koopman attracted the attention of Mattoon, early on in the summer. With her gentle smile, she was the pumpkin watched by all the pumpkins and sunflowers. 11" tall, with faded to amber leaves, 2 mismatched button eyes, and a wood stem gathered from the forest behind the patch. $39. +SH

Fridline is a pale lumina pumpkin makedo. At 12" tall, he is a rare find in the patch. His pale white color sets him apart from the orange skins of the others. His cousins all grew on the otherside of the sweet annie & giant sunflowers. With mismatched olde button eyes, a wood stem, & leaves darkened from frost. $39.00+SH

~~Tadbirth the Spoolfolk Witch~~SOLD
Tadbirth is the third in the series of spoolfolks. At 9" tall, he is mounted on a thread spool. His face is hand stitched, his tie is more a dark grey than blue as it shows, or other colored tied available. $24.00+sh.
