we moved the living room in last friday. i am enjoying watching the sunshine stream thru the french doors and creep across the white furniture and the old floor. my heart definitely smiles.

the bedroom pictures..the bed is a queen size 4 poster bed and takes up a large chunk of the bedroom. we have to have the tall old high boy dresser at the end of the bed rather than against a wall. the rooster wall hooking Ron's dad made for me.

we are using all OLD doors on the door frames. we had taken all the doors off years ago for the shop. now, replacing them with old doors, hinges and knobs. the trim will be painted different colors of off white.  good thing Ron is a carpenter. NO hired carpenter would have taken the time and expertise to make old doors fit old door frames. nothing is straight, but he made it work!!  I suspect I will pay dearly for these doors!!
